added link to view user profile in cp > admin > manage users. on click user name view user profile, no more edit page.

Migrations were being run too late to add order field for the autoloaded Settings library. Switched to a hardcoded DB call in the lib for now, I see no issues with that.

Added top="text" option to nav plugin. When set to "text" the top level in a multilevel menu is plain text. Also fixed url bug

Got opened/closed links working with multiple groups. Added edit/create title into header. Misc other bug fixes

Fixed bug in nav plugin so dropdowns are rendered properly. Removed unused code and got sort working with multiple groups.
